Fun ways to fundraise

Christmas hat day

Decide to host a Christmas hat day at school, work or at church. Pick a date and get everyone taking part to donate £3 or more (per person) to help children who are in need.

Christmas bake sale

Suitable for all ages, why not organise a Christmas bake sale? Gather all your friends, family and local community to sell all your favourite festive treats.

Reverse advent calendar

Set aside some money every day of advent to donate at Christmas. If you want to go that extra mile? You can choose a gift from our Must Have Christmas Gifts list.

Donate a meal

Donate the cost of your Christmas dinner to help support the work we’re doing. Learn more about how far the money you raise could go.

Sell items online

Get crafty and decide to make some Christmas cards, mugs or knit a scarf that you can sell. You can also sell unwanted items you no longer use and donate the money to support a great cause.

Santa run

Grab your running shoes and take on the streets of London this Christmas in the Santa in the City 5k run.

How do my donations help?

Your donations help to fund our ongoing projects in communities as well as supplying urgently needed resources such as food, water, medication and much more.
How do I pay in the funds I've raised?

You can pay in your donations by creating a JustGiving page or by calling our Supporter Care Team on 01908 841010.
Can I take part in more than one fundraising activity?

Yes! You can choose to do as many as you like. Don't forget to send us pictures of how you get on.
How do I register?

You can complete our registration form or by emailing fundraising@worldvision.org.uk
When will I get my downloadable resources?

Once you sign up you'll be sent a link to the resources page - keep this email handy, as you'll need it when planning your event.
I'm taking take in the Santa Run, will I get a World Vision vest?

Yes, once you register through Run for Charity, send an email to fundraising@worldvision.org.uk with your postal address and vest top size.
