Devotional prayers for you and your church services

Refugees, bombs and persecution

Firework season is here. Showers of coloured lights fill the night sky, with loud bangs and the smell of sulphur in the air. Innocent sights and sounds for us, though for children who’ve witnessed conflict – in countries like Iraq – experiences like this could be a painful reminder of the trauma they’ve lived through.

"And on that same day the Lord brought Israel's families and tribes out of Egypt"

(Exodus 12:51 CEV)

  3. WORSHIP WITH US

Recently supporters like you, told us that worship is important to them. This week, Azzam’s story and the lyrics “You came to set the captives free. You came to bring us liberty” from  Freedom by Bethel Music & William Matthews - inspired us. We pray this worship song inspires you today.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to pray for you, your friends and family too.

Please send all requests to prayer@worldvision.org.uk
