  7. In the event that funds raised by a specific appeal exceed the amount required then World Vision will use the donation in similar areas of extreme need.

  9. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

  10. The use of personal data provided by engaging on the World Vision UK website is subject to our Privacy Notice.

  11. We cannot ensure any liability for any content such as statements, information, products or services that are accessed through third party websites.

  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
