World Vision is delivering aid to more than 45,000 people whose lives have been devastated by the earthquake.People felt the tremor in Surabaya, which is the capital of East Java province, some 500 miles east of Jakarta.
Within two weeks, World Vision had distributed emergency kits and rubble clearing tools to nearly 10,000 families.
The earthquake lasted for 57 seconds.
