Years of civil conflict and frequent natural disasters have turned Somalia into one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises. One in six Somali children are malnourished and many do not live see their fifth birthday.
Simple measures – such as improving access to vaccinations and promoting information on healthy living practices – could save the lives of thousands of Somali children.
We are launching an appeal for Somalia, to raise £120,000 to keep an essential child and maternal health project running for the next year.
