The Osman family 3
Fatima Osman (in red) with her sisters, Hawa and Huweida huddle together in Dereig camp. Their village was raided twice in five months. Fatima, her siblings and their mother Haja, joined hundreds of fellow villagers scampering to safety from the village on trucks, donkeys and on foot.
The conflict in Darfur has orphaned, widowed and wrought untold suffering to thousands of families. Now huddled in plastic dwellings across the camp, many are struggling to cope with their new lives
