Formerly Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of PRWeek, she has written for The Independent, The Observer and Business Life and been a regular media commentator on reputation issues. Justin Byworth, Chief Executive
Justin has worked in development for more than 19 years. Now Chief Executive in the UK, he has previously worked in Cambodia and Mauritania. Justin’s areas of expertise include monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of development programmes.
The emergencies team is made up of experienced emergency experts who can give comment and analysis on any emergency we are responding to – from natural disasters such as in the Pakistan earthquake and the Asian tsunami, to ongoing, 'forgotten crises' such as the enduring and complex humanitarian crises in Sudan or Afghanistan.
World Vision’s staff is on the ground all over the world and can offer local and international perspectives throughout every stage of disaster response – from providing emergency supplies in the first 24 hours to community rehabilitation and development in the years after. We can also provide background information about the countries affected and updates on what the aid community is doing.
