    Community groups such as churches play an important role in caring locally for people affected by HIV and AIDS, including orphaned children. Pastor Emmanuel Nambi, 36, has been trained by World Vision to do just that in his community in Tanzania – whether it’s delivering maize by bike, or helping the orphans in his church with school fees and uniforms.
