    Elderly caregivers in Africa are raising a generation of children orphaned by AIDS. Zoe, 75, cares for fifteen orphaned grandchildren. As a traditional birth attendant, she has also delivered thousands of babies in her village. Now Zoe is passing on the training she receives from World Vision and local government health officials to her granddaughter, Mary.
