Often it’s because it’s hard to see the big picture of how our actions affect other people. Or we feel that our tiny contribution won’t make much difference. But it will...The first step is learning more about the issues, and finding ways that you can get involved in your own sphere of influence. How to make a difference
The random chance of where a child is born affects their chances in life. But the inequality in our world is not random at all. It’s the result of decisions made at many levels, from the global to the individual. And you can make a difference!
Our everyday actions can directly impact the lives of people in poor countries. We can influence the way the world works when we make choices about what we buy or how we spend our money. Or when we talk about the issues with friends. Or when we lobby our MP’s.
