Thank you for choosing to create a page in our on-line Book of Remembrance. There is a simple 5-step process to follow and you can then view and share your tribute page immediately. Once your page has been published, you have the facility to add, delete and amend anything whenever and how often you want.

This information will help us provide a more accurate service, if at a later date someone is searching for your tribute page.

World Vision cares about an individual's privacy, and will not provide any of the details that you have given to us about your loved one to a third party. World Vision will only keep the above information for the purpose of maintaining our own (data) records. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of display on your tribute page, or, in the case of the ‘Home Town’ information for display if someone is searching your page.

If your loved one was already a supporter of World Vision UK, please tell us their membership number if known so that we can update our records.


Step 3. Create a page

Please select from the options below to help you to personalise your tribute page. You can change your selection at any time, by going to the ‘manage existing page’ link (accessed via the Book of Remembrance home page).


If you would like add a display photo of your loved one to your tribute page, you will need to have it saved to your computer already. The photo you upload must be less than 4 mb in size. You may upload .jpg, .gif and .png image types.


Please let us know whether you would like to display the total amount of on-line donations received on your tribute page?

Please let us know how long you would like your tribute page to be displayed in our Book of Remembrance.




Step 4. Informing Family and Friends

You are now ready to see how your Tribute page will look by clicking on the 'Preview' button below. If you need to, you can amend your selections by clicking on 'Previous' button.

If you would like to invite your family and friends to visit the Tribute Page you have created and make their own personal contribution, please enter their email addresses here, using the 'Add Another' button to compile your address list.

Please note that World Vision UK will use these addresses for the purpose of sending this email only and will not use these details for any other purposes.

Please write the message that you would like displayed on your personalised email to your family and friends to inform them about your entry in our Book of Remembrance.

The emails will be sent automatically as soon as your Tribute Page is published and the web address for your Tribute Page will be included as a link at the bottom of your email.
