There are also many verses about finding strength in God, which may encourage you.  In this article, we take a look at the best Bible verses about strength, whether you want to feel strengthened or you want to offer strength and courage to someone who may need it. Psalm 68:28; 32-35

“Summon your power, God; show us your strength, our God, as you have done before…..

“Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to the Lord, to him who rides across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens, who thunders with mighty voice. Proclaim the power of God, whose majesty is over Israel, whose power is in the heavens. You, God, are awesome in your sanctuary; the God of Israel gives power and strength to his people.”

Psalm 59:9, 16 and17

“You are my strength, I watch for you; you, God, are my fortress, my God on whom I can rely.

Exodus 15:2

Nehemiah 8:10

Nehemiah said, “… Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Joshua 1:9
