Making a complaint

Should you have any concerns about the way we fundraise, we encourage you to get in touch with your feedback. We hope to be able to answer any questions and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.  If, however, you are not satisfied with the way we handle your concerns, you can also contact the FRSB.
